2016 HK Day 04 Ping Shan

Found Simon on meetup. He was from Canada (I think?) and his wife
(Georginia) a local girl - HK.
TJ did a 3-hour drawing/painting class with him. We chatted with George and
found out she was a celebrity chef. Wow!

Went to the small restaurant nearby (1min walk) and had special patties with
rice / bun (as in burger). So yummy. Found Chow Yun Fatt's photo. Apparently
he liked going to PingShan.

In the evening, we walked from Wan Chai back to The Vela.
