KL-Samui-BKK
Samui airport was so cute. Upgraded from the last time we were there. Safari theme.
Checked into the very comfortable PN Boutique Serviced Apartments. 2bedroom unit with nice hall and full kitchen. A really good place for me to rest! TQ P2.
Walked to nearby (15min walk) kow moo dang restaurant. All enjoyed the food. Coconut dessert was so good that the kids requested for more.
Soi Aree was the place we explore that evening n the next day too. Good that it was so close. Parked at a cool rotating parking machine that evening too.

Stomach ache - stopped at a parking area for restaurant patron only. Turned out the Japanese restaurant was very good. Everyone Enjoyed!
NIght market - have never been to this one so it was quite a good outing. The giant (full size) plane and HUGE Dog (installation). A few interesting shops too. TW liked one of the artist' work so we bought a shirt from him.

Namphet River Homestay was a little homestay (3rooms) with a big surprise (excellent river view). The evening transformation was breath-taking. The kids just spent 2-3 hours outside of the units fooling around (including taking lots of photos).
Dinner was brought to us from next door's restaurant. Yummy yummy.

Early morning. Took LW n TH to Bang Tabun Mangrove area hoping to catch sunrise. It was a little too late and there were too many monkeys, quite aggressive ones.
After simple breakfast at Namphet River Homestay, we took a slow drive towards next accommodation. Along the way, we stopped at a restaurant converted from Salt Barn.
Arrived HuaHin and checked into a supposed boutique farm stay.... was misled a bit. Anyway, we were given 2 rooms - space was not a problem. And we did have a good evening at the Huahin Market Village shopping mall, and got our laundry done, all within short driving distance.

Checked out one of HuaHin's most popular breakfast place - kopitiam style. Food was good.
Then we left for next destination - Prachuap!
Checked into Sea Sand House. We were the only customers!
Room was a little dark (no window) but since we had the entire resort to ourselves, we made use of the facilities (beach-fronting, private beach) quite fully. Really enjoyed ourselves.
Checked out a secluded local restaurant not far away. Food was yummy!

Action packed day.
Calm morning. Yummy breakfast.
First we went to border town - Sing Khon border (Mawdaung Pass). Small town with shops catering for small trades (cross border). Lots of signs in Burmese language.
Next a bizarre find in Google - Imsuk's Kitchen. What caught our eye - Oven Baked Pizza! It was truly yummy. And she also has home-made icecream (everything grown in the backyard, even milk is from her father's farm nearby). Truly a hidden gem.
(หมู่ที่ 3 58 Huai Sai, Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan District, Prachuap Khiri Khan 77000, Thailand)
Then we visited Waghor Aquarium (again, after almost 10yrs).
Late afternoon, we went to army controlled AoManao. We had 1 hour (it closed at 6pm) but had great time fishing (yes, bought fishing net on the way there) and ordered some food to eat on the beach. Beautiful sunset view too.

Another day of good breakfast at Sea Sand House @Klongwan
Off we went to Prachuap Kiri Khan - the main town.
Got there quite quickly and had lunch at a local thai restaurant.
Checked into Golden Sand resort and almost immediately went back to town - the night market started early so best to catch them early.
Very nice walk, trying out all sorts of food and shopping!

No breakfast provided at the Golden Beach Resort. We drove to Grandma House in town for yummy breakfast.
Lunch at the beach at a resort on the way northward. Very good spicy lemon steamed fish.
Found Pranburi Walking Street and had some snacks - Patonggo (yao cha kuai) and various food. LW got his iPhone screen protector for 80baht.

Breakfast place for Pranburi Cabana Resort is at a restaurant by the beach 1-2min drive away. Quite pleasant.
Back at the resort LW TH had a blast at the pool. We took our time - taking photo, checking out from the resort.
At Thai Ko Sa Forest Park, we decided to check out what's at the summit. Apparently it was an easy hike. It took us 30min at the end. Not so easy after all.

Cycling - yes!
We cycled to Brown Brew & Bistro. Yummy western breakfast.
Then cycled to Sirinart Rajini Ecosystem Learning Center.
Very clean and well laid out ecosystem. Booked a boat tour at the counter and gave P2 n kids a little surprise. Everyone enjoyed the 1-2hr cruise.
Checked out from The Phu Resort and headed for Ratchaburi.
2019 BKK-Prachuap D12
We left Suan Malee Resort after breakfast to explore the Kaeng Krachan Dam area. Specifically the suspension bridge.
Took some photos and then had lunch at one of the restaurants not too far away - Kasirat Restaurant.
Nice thai dishes. Yummy deep fried fish (but too oily for me!).
On the way to Huahin, we stopped at See You Latte! for tea.
Checked into Habitat. Modern hotel - connecting rooms.
Dinner at the Village shopping centre.
Jalan Jalan at the busy night market 10-15min drive away.
