2019 BKK-Prachuap D13

Blessed Christmas.

Wonderful Breakfast at Habitat.

First stop - Bangkok Hospital, just 5min from our hotel. LW's ear was blocked.

Second stop - dropped the girls at Huahin Village shopping centre which is 2min from the hospital.

Third stop - drove back to hotel to sleep.

We all met again a couple of hours later for lunch. Japanese!

Afternoon outing - Art Village. Interesting to find out local artists and their works.

In the evening, we had Mookata buffet near the night market we visited the night before.

Checked out from Habitat Huahin, we headed north towards Ratchaburi. On the way, we stopped at FN to just rest, and then 1000 Sook Food n Farm for lunch (and another little zoo experience for the kids).

Good local cakes/crackers etc.

At Ratchaburi, we checked into a tuition centre (also running hotel / hostel). Big room. Clean.

In the evening, we explored Robinson store - and tapao some good value Aunty Anne's.

2019 BKK-Prachuap D15

Breakfast at popular BaaMee place just 50mtr down the road from SoiMontri tuition hostel.

We explored quite a few place that morning:

Rattanakosin Pottery, TaiShan market (cheap goods), Dkunst Art Gallery & Cafe, lastly the teochew uncle's baamee (yes, again).

In the afternoon, we left and headed for Amphawa. Lang was also coming to meet us there.

Very glad to see Mammoth n Mammy also there. The kids and adults had fun cruise. Then streetfood. Then supper at the Baantip Suantong resort.

2019 BKK-Prachuap D16

We left Amphawa after breakfast at the resort.

Traffic coming out from BKK was very heavy. We decided to check out a wholesale market with fresh seafood. There are restaurants where you can have the fresh purchase cooked to your liking.

Arrived BKK late afternoon and checked into Cosy River. Located at north-western side of BKK. We seldom (never?) explored this area so thought it was a good idea.
